Dubai/Kampala. The Government of Uganda has allotted ten acre of land to Lulu Group in order to establish a food processing and logistics center in Uganda, East Africa. The government issued an order allocating land near Kampala to the country’s international airport, Entebbe.

M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group M.A. Lulu Group Chairman Yousafali had met. Lulu Group was invited by the Prime Minister to invest in Uganda’s business sector. The Prime Minister promised all the necessary support for Uganda’s expansion. After further discussions, the Ugandan government issued an order for the allotment land.

Lulu Group has invested $100 million (Rs. 750 crore) to expand its operations in Uganda. George Kootukaran is a Malayali director at Lulu Group Uganda.
