Dubai: A tactical move by the cavalry officers caught the thieving gang in Dubai. Captain Yusuf Mohammed Al Mulla, of the Dubai Mounted Police Station (First Luff). Ahmed Rashid al-Kaabi was on patrol at Rashidia’s police station when the incident occurred.

The driver and his passengers were not prepared to stop the car. The Command and Control Center was immediately notified by the police, who then passed the information on to all security patrol teams. The car was stopped by police and three Asians were taken into custody. The car was also seized with 29 liquor bottles, number plates and weapons used in the robbery.
Maj. Gen. al-Adab stated that the group was prepping for the robbery. Major General Khalil Ibrahim al Mansouri, Assistant Commander in Chief of Criminal Investigation Affairs Dubai Police, praised both the professionalism and skill of the police officers who followed the car of the group until it was stopped.
