Riyadh: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman’s trip to India today (Sunday), has been cancelled. It was earlier announced that Prince Mohammed bin Salman will be returning to Indonesia for the G-20 summit. He will visit Delhi today for an official visit. According to Indian media, the discussion and meeting in Delhi on Sunday won’t take place because of the busy schedules for the Crown Prince and Indian Prime Minister.
Saudi crown prince Cancels The Indian Visit
The agenda for the Saudi Crown Prince’s visit to India over half a day included discussions about mutual cooperation in the energy and oil sectors, as well as investment in the renewable energy sector. The Foreign Minister invited Prince Salman to India. Jaishankar had already written a letter. Modi and Mohammed bin Salman are due to meet in Bali at the G-20 summit, which begins Monday.
