During the Eid al-Fitr holiday, the authorities met to discuss the willingness and action plans of the traffic management in Dubai. Roads and Transport Authority RTA Director General and Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors Mather Al Thayer joined the Crisis Management Team. The Authority said that special attention will be paid to the roads leading to Dubai International Airport.
Roads leading to the airport (Terminals 1 and 3) are expected to be congested during the holidays. Passengers arriving at Dubai International Airport must depart four hours in advance to avoid delays. Al Thayer said the team would work with strategic partners to ensure smooth transportation on the roads.

Meanwhile, the RTA has also released paid parking time, Dubai Metro and bus time. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has announced the opening hours of all services during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, including customer happiness centers, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro, tram, marine transit routes and technical checkpoints. Public parking Public parking: Free (excluding multi-level parking), from April 30 to May 6, 2022. Parking fees will resume from May 7, 2022 Metro , tram and bus services (metro, tram, bus service )Dubai Metro (Red and Green Line) stations are open Monday through Wednesday from 5am to 1am (the next day).The Dubai Tram will run from Monday to Wednesday from 6am to 1am (the next day).

Public Bus Services

During the Eid holidays, public bus services operate as follows: Major stations
Souk Station, from 5 am to 12:29 pm (after midnight), and Al Ghubaiba Station from 4:14 to 12:58 pm (after midnight). With the exception of Route C01, substations, including Satwa Station, will be open from 4:57 am to 11:00 pm.

Water Bus

Water Bus: Water bus services at Dubai Marina Stations will operate as follows: Marina Mall

Marina Walk (BM1) 12pm (noon) to 11:45 pm; Marina Promenade – Marina Mall & Marina Terrace – Marina walk from 2pm to 10:45 pm; Marina Mall – Marina Bluewaters (BM3) from 4:10 pm to 11:45 pm.
Abra Services: Dubai Old Souk – Baniyas (CR3), Al Fahidi – Al Sabkha (CR4), Al Fahidi – Deira Old Souk (CR5) and Baniyas – Al Seef (CR6) from 10am to 1am (next day) . ). Tourist trips from Dubai Old Souk – Al Fahidi – Al Seef (CR7), Dubai Festival City – Dubai Creek Harbor (CR9) and Sheikh Zayed Road Station (TR6) will run from 4pm to 11pm. Al Jaddaf – Dubai Festival City (BM2) will be open from 8am to 1pm (next day).

Water Taxi

Water Taxi: 3pm to 11pm on request. Customers must book in advance.
Dubai Ferry: Al Ghubaibah – Dubai Water Canal – Marina Mall (FR1) from 1pm to 6pm. Tourist trips from Al Seef (FR3) are open from 4:30 pm and tourist trips from Marina Mall (FR4) are from 11 am to 4:30 pm.
Happiness Centers,Customer Happiness Centers are closed from Saturday, April 30 to Sunday, May 8. Services will resume on Monday, the 9th. The Smart Customer Happiness Centers at Umm Ramul, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara and RTA Head Office will be open 24 hours a day as usual. Service Provider Centers (Technical Inspection) will be closed from Saturday, April 30 to Saturday, May 7, and will be open Sunday, May 8.
