Kuwait City: The Central Government has included Kuwait in the list of countries which have given exemption for RT PCR testing. Authorities said those who received two doses of the vaccine did not need to undergo a PCR test.

Passengers arriving in India from Kuwait must submit an affidavit and a certificate of completion of the Covid vaccination on the Air Convenience Portal. People from 108 countries on the list released by the Ministry of Health on April 29 do not need an RT PCR test.

The list also includes Hong Kong, Ukraine, USA, Singapore, Brazil, Egypt, Iran, Maldives, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The non-inclusion of Kuwait in the Central Government’s list had led to protests. Most people in Kuwait have completed vaccination. A large percentage of people have received the booster dose.
