It is currently the second busiest airport in the world.
Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Airport (IGI) became the second busiest airport in the world in March in terms of domestic and international flights. According to the OAG report of February 2022, GMR’s airport was ranked third, followed by Dubai International Airport (DXB) in the Delhi rankings. Dubai Airport is currently ranked third. Atlanta airport is the number one airport in the US.
