Riyadh – Saudi Arabia’s Covid has lifted all restrictions. All preventive and precautionary measures were taken. According to the official news agency SPA, masks are no longer required in closed spaces. Masks are still required in Madinah and Makkah mosques.

Access to institutions, recreational events and public events, as well as public transport, is now possible without the need for proof of vaccination. The Saudi Press Agency stated that it would require public events, hospitals, flights, and public transport to use masks in order to maintain preventive measures.

Citizens who want to leave Saudi Arabia must take an additional booster dose eight months after they have received the first three. This new regulation doesn’t apply to those over the age of 18 who have been excluded from immunization. According to the ministry, people will continue to be encouraged to get a third booster shot in order to protect themselves against the virus.
