Abu Dhabi: In the UAE, 19 cases of Covid crossed 1,000 per day for the fourth day in a row. In the last 24 hours, 1249 people have been infected with Covid and 977 have recovered, according to the Ministry of Health and Immunization. No deaths were reported. 

After February 14, the number of patients crossed 9,000 per day on the 9th of this month. The rate, which had earlier fallen below 100, was rapidly rising. Total Covid patients: 9,17,496. Total number of survivors: 8,99,282. Total death toll: 2305. Treatment: 15,909. Officials said the patients were from different countries and were being treated well. 

164.8 million RTPCR tests

In the last 24 hours, 2,44,931 people were tested for RTPCR in the country, bringing the total to 164.8 million, according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention. At the same time, in cases where Covid cases are on the rise again, one should wear a mask and keep physical distance when going in crowds. Officials also said that Covid should follow the guidelines given by health experts regarding safety standards.
