Dubai: Rain will arrive in Dubai after crossing Sharjah or Fujairah. Residents of Dubai were delighted by the first winter rains. Residents shared photos and videos of heavy rain that was accompanied by thunder in key Dubai areas on social media. Except for Dubai, heavy rain was reported in different parts of the UAE on the previous day. Rain fell from Dubai World Trade Center down to Jumeirah and Karama and Muhaisina, Warsan, and neighboring emirates Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Sharman, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.

Malayali Vijay Kochu Mannarasshala, a local resident, said that Varsan was experiencing heavy rains. These pedestrians were seen carrying umbrellas. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (President of UAE), had directed rain prayers to be held at all mosques throughout the country on November 11. Light to heavy rains were reported at Dubai and Sharjah International airports, while moderately heavy rains were observed at Ajman and Umm Al Quwain as well as Fujairah, Khorfaqan, and Fujairah.
On Tuesday afternoon, the National Meteorological Center issued new orange alerts for Dubai and Ajman. Residents are advised not to travel to areas that are susceptible to flooding and landslides, as they could be affected by severe weather. At 6:30 am, it rained in Fujairah, Khorfakan and other areas.
