People began to use public transport more frequently as the severity of Covid’s illness declined and restrictions were lifted. As part of meeting the demand, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority will restore 4 intercity bus services starting May 19.
Adele Shakeri (director of planning and business development, RTA’s public transportation agency) stated that the four intercity bus routes from Dubai to Shasta run as follows: Ebat from Al Ghubaiba bus stop to Albaiba; E100 from Al Ghubaib station to Albaib; E100 E315 from Muwaili; E100 from Al Ghubaib station to Albaib; and E700 from Etihad station to Fujairah.
Route 50 and Route N30 both will continue to the International City Bus Station.

“RTA has always aimed to offer better and more efficient public transportation solutions to all members of the community. To provide safe and sustainable public transport solutions throughout Dubai, the government has partnered with private companies and quasi-government agencies. Shakeri stated that all requests from the various institutions of the emirate will be subject to detailed feasibility studies and extensive field surveys before the launch of the service.
